Farleigh Dickinson university is not a public funded university and its standing is too bad when compare to some colleges so avoid FDU...Go for Dalhousie University...that one is good according to your list..........
Guys I think that admission competitiveness in ualberta, torronto or McGill is over-rated. Considering B-Tech score, i would suggest angadi to apply to ucalgary, dalhousie, mannitoba. You will INSHALLAH surely get admission there. As far as applying in ualberta is concerned, you can give it a try. I would say there are chances you may get admission. I and wouldn't say they are low, nor I would say they are high. But you can give it a try.
my consultant is insisting me on applying only for colleges (post-secondary programs). hez saying that my academic percentage would not meet the masters program requirement.

I would advise to try your luck in University. But be realistic don't apply to top tier universities like McGill or uAlberta go to medium tier universities like Carleton, Dalhousie etc, where your chances will be good.
