Hello Everyone!!
I withdrew from my university about a year ago. The withdrawal was made when I was outside of Canada.
I got the approval for a study visa approval before and it was affixed to my passport. I didn't issue the study permit due to the Covid-19 travel restrictions at that time which made me unable to travel. Next term, I will be re-enrolled in a different program with the same DLI. Do I need to inform IRCC if I withdraw and re-enroll in the same DLI?
Should I apply for a new study visa application?
