It is not mandatory to pay the fee. But by paying and attaching the receipt will make the case a little more stronger. How much are you expected to pay..??
Really doesn't matter as long as the university is not bothered about it. There are certain universities/colleges which require payment beforehand to confirm admission. If that is not the case, you don't have to pay any fee before reaching there. Just showing that you are capable to pay the fees is good enough for VO.
REMEMBER all payments made before acquisition of student visa is all at your own risk.
I dont quite agree with you, there is always an enrolment deposit that is required to secure your spot in the unveristy or college. After paying this you shall be enabled to pay other fees, book housing arrangements ,meals, books and othe services. Its usually the first fee to be paid.
Its optional, you can attahe or not but attaching shows that you have already made prior arramgements and that you are every ready.
Above all,the bank statement is all that you need.Atleast CAD 10,000
thanks for your advice. there is no such fee that i need to pay in order to secure admission. I was just asked to send a response (an email) stating that i accept the offer.
However; my consultant is asking me to make an advance payment of first semester tution fee (although i can't register for courses in advance but have an option of advance payment). I'm from india and my consultant say it's a normal procedure and it's very imp. and i have to pay and get that receipt before filing visa. Kinda double minded now.
