University of Windsor refund

Doen anybody know the refund policy of University of Windsor? I paid 8000CAD earlier for the may 2020 term,but I deferred it to Jan 2021 owing to covid. I'd like to cancel my plans and take a refund now.

Probably not all of it. There is usually a deposit fee that is non-refundable

You will only be given a refund for the tuition deposit if you were refused a study permit. It's stated in the additional documents after your acceptance letter.
