University of Victoria or University of Manitoba

I have got offer letters from both University of Victoria and University of Manitoba for MS in Computer Science for Fall 2014. Which University would be the best for Computer Science and also jobs prospects, getting PR, odd jobs and all other factors. Please help seniors and fellow members. It's urgent.

University of Manitoba (431-440 in the world; 19th in Canada) – Manitoba province
University of Victoria (321= in the world; 14th in Canada)- BC province

So I guess UVic seems more satisfactory here. Also, it has low tuition as compared to Manitoba and PR chances are also good being a graduate in Natural Science.

By the way, I am also going to UVic for the same program in this Fall Insh'Allah.

Bro,My cgpa in the undergraduate is 3.64 out of 4 and Ielts 6.5.Are these enough to get admission in University of Victoria or University of Manitoba at M.Eng. in Electrical and Computer?
