It's not like I haven't sent the documents.i have already completed the application since so while it was being evaluated they found a problem with my result and said I should send it again

I had the same case, they marked one of my documents as incorrect as well and asked to re upload it after uploading back I informed them over the phone, they told me to wait until 4 - 6 weeks.

I haven’t heard anything from them except that they’ll let all students know about their status by April 2020.
