Ali bhai, u can apply online directly. No need of any consultants. Everything is very systematic, right from applying to uni. to applying for ur visa, every minute info is well available @ respective sites.. Consultants usually try to send u to difft colleges of their own choice rather since they fetch v. high commission from colleges.. u can 1st mail respective department of ur interest, find a supervisor and if he is ready to accept u, u can then apply.
