Hi.

I'm from Dominican Republic and i'm a US permanent resident.
I've passed the TOEFL-IBT with a score of 90, looking forward to obtain my degree on mathematics with statistics and actuarial sciences (on Dominican Republic) and would like to obtain a Master on Information Security (cryptography and stuff..)

Anyway by the moment, i'm looking at

University of Ontario Institute of Technology

My only question is, can i study at Canada with just my greencard from USA? enlighten me please.

No - you can't. Canada and the US are two separate countries. You will need a Canadian study permit to study in Canada.
