University for winter-2021 intake in engineering management

I am planning to apply for the masters program for the winter intake. Would like to apply for the programs with the blend of both computers and management. Please advise the universities that can be considered safe for my profile:

B.Tech - 70%
PGDCA- 64%
4 year of experience in software quality assurance
IELTS : 7.5

I don't think any universities can be considered "safe" for international applicants. For a master's, it's always best to contact professors beforehand and secure a supervisor. Otherwise you're competing for the limited number of spots available for applicants without a supervisor.

Thanks @primaprime, I have applied to couple of the universities for the Fall-2020 intake primarily in the computer science but no luck. I think low GPA might be the reason, hence for the winter intake i am planning for management side programs where the low GPA can be compensated with the work experience. I have looked at the ryerson innovation management program but its not available for the winter intake. Hence seeking suggestions for the similar programs.
