Hi got admission in canada west and visa for mba. I want to move to Toronto and join in different college. Is university going to refund my money. Plz can you share ur experience. Thank you

Only time they provide a refund as per their terms is when your VISA is declined.

If your classes haven’t started yet then you might be eligible to get a refund equivalent to the amount you’ve deposited minus non refundable tuition deposit. Their refund policy could also state that you might not be able to apply for refund due to some conditions but hey I can’t guide you as I haven’t read refund and deferral policy of your university
