Here are my academic details:

Matriculation : 87%
Intermediate : 92.6%
B.Tech : 78.9% specialized in ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) -- 2017 pass out
IELTS : 7.0 (L: 8.5, R: 6.5, W: 6.5, S: 6)

Can you please tell me the list of Universities that I can apply for??

I am interested and looking for Masters in Computer Science(M.Sc.) or Electronics and Computers(M.Eng.) as I have couple of years (1.5 currenty) experience in IT Software field.

U of Regina (M.Sc.) OR U of Saskatchewan (M.Eng.)... which is better??

Your profile is good
For MSc prog u need to secure supervisor before. UOS is better then UOregina in basis of ranking only I know... Only someone who have better knowledge can tell you.
My advice apply ASAP because mostly prog deadline is near or have passed .
