Unique Situation: Work permit with GTS lmia rejected, so can I use this lmia to assist my pr application

My work permit got rejected as I have limited ties with my home country. I applied for closed work permit with GTS LMIA from outside Canada. My question is can I use this LMIA to get 50crs points for my express entry profile? Will there be any complications with my pr application? Will IRCC raise issue that my work permit was rejected based on this lmia?

No, it should not be an issue as long as you meet job requirements with experience, education etc.

no it is not. I have GTS Lmia and my name is listed on that LMIA.

So you are good. Is there an expiry date on your LMIA. Depending on when you got it, they are now 6 months.

yes it is expiring in Dec 2024. I received this LMIA last year, and I believe from May 1 they changed the validity to 6 months

It is 512 with LMIA. I come under STEM. My noc code is 21234

Yes. You need to get ITA and submit application for LMIA to be locked-in. Your employer will need to provide updated job offer letter.
