UNHCR CARDS/WHITE/YELLOW/BLUE

Good day

I'm Refugee from ERITREA . HORN AFRICA

I live in EGYPT as refugee

I'm holding UNHCR Yellow Card

I'm 34yrs Old

We have sponsors in Alberta , Calgary , which could able to do prosses for us & As aware everybody there are three stages of UNHCR CARDS (White , Blue & Yellow) when this is in EGYPT .

Question

Can they sponsor me while i have UNHCR Yellow Card?
Can they sponsor me while i have UNHCR Blue Card?
Can they sponsor me while i have UNHCR White Card?

Here somebody may ask why I'm asking and mentioning UNHCR Cards Colors , the answer is the person who is thinking to sponsor me was get in to Calgary via UNCR yellow card , However when he asked last week lawyer about the requirement of sponsoring somebody , he confirmed that i must have holding UNHCR blue card .


Will appreciate if some body could help me and describe what's the differences between those UNHCR cards
