Hi Guys,

I applied in Jan 2010 for Immigration Under FSW-3 (Buffalo).. I was International Student (Masters Degree) that time.. Since November 2010 I am working on a Full Time Permenant Position (Arranged Employment).. I am in Canada since almost a 3 years..

Is there a way I can make the process of the File Faster?? .. I really see it unfair that people with Arranged Employment who applied a year after me are getting their PR while I am living in Canada ... Did a Masters .. Working Full Time with Arranged Employment .. still on Hold??! What should I do?? I have 85 Points..

Hi sick086,

It is not fair to say "Unfair CIC".

Every country has their own rules and regulations for Immigration and for any kind of visa issuance for citizens of other countries. All the applicants has to meet the specified requirements and follow the procedures. As there are vast number of applicants for visas, it is quite natural that there could be delays. You were in Canada for 3 years and therefore I think you know very well. :D

CIC has a process, which every visa office has to follow. Those people who are getting PR before you, but applied after you, are those who applied in a different different category i.e. SW1. you can't ask them to speed up process, VO will follow the procedure they are told to do so. Being in Canada, having a master degree are substantial points to wrap up your application quickly. I have Master's from Canada, worked for 8 months - not under arrange employment, on basis of my PSW- my application took 23 months to finalize, Sep-09 to Aug-11.

Have patience and you will see the light soon :)
