Am a Canadian Permanent Resident abroad, have applied for PRTD in order to return back to Canada because my PR card expired, my question is, what happen's with the country that have applied from, do I need a visa of that country before I exit at the airport?, Will they stamp on my PRTD at the point of exit??, Does it act as a visa until I leave the country abroad until back to Canada, I want to understand because I have no any other Document or passport of any country.

I came from Canada with PRTD but since my PR CARD expired while abroad, I surrendered the current PRTD and applied for the new PRTD in order to return back to Canada, I do not hold any Passport at all or neither did I use the Passport to travel from Canada but I was given a PRTD that looks like a passport but with Page's on but written PRTD.

You didn't do this on a PRTD. A PRTD cannot be used this way. Did you get PR through a refugee claim? If so, then you traveled on an RTD and not a PRTD. These are two different things.
Sorry it RTDs, and now have applied for PRTD, is it sufficient enough to go through the immigration abroad at the point of exit without any additional Document as I board the aircraft back to Canada?? At the moment am a stateless persons until I get the full citizenship of Canada.

How long have you been abroad and how long are you allowed to remain in whatever country you are visiting. Many countries do no let RTD holders remain in the country beyond a certain period of time from 90 days to 6 months typically. If you need to wait for all this documentation have you looked into how long you are able remain in the country you are visiting? When did you get your PR status and how many days have you been abroad since then? Are you actually stateless or just unable to use your home country passport as a protected person? Sounds like you may need an RTD and a PRTD if your PR card and RTD expired. It would be fairly unusual to have all your documentation expire during a short visit. Are you receiving any form of payments from the government from welfare to child benefit? You need to advise government agencies or absences because in many cases you don’t qualify for payments if you are not in Canada.
