I finished my college on May 27,2013 and I got job so I have started to work from May 27,2013. At the same time, I also applied for PGWP and I was working in implied status until I got my PGWP. I got it on August 21,2013.
My questions ....
1) Should I start to count my work experience for CEC from August 21 (the day I got PGWP) or May 27,2013 ???

Working on implied status? You transitioned from being a student to a worker. The status implied would be that of a student, not a worker. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I was in a similar situation back in 2013. CIC call center told me it is not possible to work on implied status between the expiry date on OCWP and the issue of PGWP.
Start counting from August 21st. CIC has recently been denying people who applied with partial work experience from off-campus / implied status. The operational manual says that experience is counted after graduation when you are no longer a full time student, however, a former manual specifically stated that experience on an off-campus permit does not count. CIC seems to be still operating under that assumption.

Thank You Leon,
Even If I start to count from August 21st, I will have 13 months of skilled worker experience. Just want to confirmed that vacation days taken during these period are being counted as part of experience or no ??

Sorry Zarren, Actually, I called it implied status but my OCWP wasn't expired. It was still valid a day I got my PGWP.

All paid hours as far as I know. You just need 12 months full time work experience where full time is defined as at least 30 hrs. a week.
