Hello, my education and work history are a bit confusing so I'm starting to get worried about when I have to explain my personal history. Here it goes in summary:

1 - While doing my full time undergrad degree (12-15 credits/semester), I got hired FULL TIME at my university. I was running off to classes during breaks and after hours. From what I understood, work experience that I had while learning doesn't count? I was registered as an employee with full benefits, so if I withdraw my retirement savings from the government they will include those 3 years.

2 - After getting my bachelor's degree and while still working at my university, I enrolled through a distance learning maitrise from a state university in France. I'm not worried about whether the university is recognized as it definitely is, however I was considered full time student there. Should I add full time or part time to my education in the express entry profile? There is no place where I can add "distance learning" and I technically can't be in two countries at once (I only went to the university in France mid year and then at the end of year for my memoire (smaller form of thesis) defense which I can prove.

3- I worked in another company but then again I enrolled for another distance degree in France, also as a full time student. Total course load was over 15 courses a year plus a memoire to write in the end. I did my exams at the French embassy of my country (can't get more legit than this) but my degree is from France so same case: I didn't live there but it'll appear to be as if I were in 2 places at once which might lead to them asking for a police certificate from France.

How am I supposed to explain all that in my Express Entry profile where there are barely any fields? I'm worried my profile will not be considered because of the overlaps. I'm still waiting on my final WES evaluation but even if they only consider my bachelor degree I'll have app. 475 points points so it might be pretty soon.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi guys really need help, my eca is almost done and if i only get a bachelor's degree evaluation for my diploma i'm up to 470+ points. don't wanna risk getting an ITA and be in trouble.

It seems working full time while in school is only an issue if you're within Canada.

Work experience during studies OUTSIDE of Canada does count.

For distance learning you have to state country of study the country where you were living (not France) otherwise you risk getting a request for a PCC.

Indeed! Everyone does it here! Which is why I was surprised to find out it didn't count for some. Masters classes are often offered after 6pm as to not conflict with office hours.

Thank you for that. Won't that be misrepresentation though? Do you think I should add " (distance learning) " in the degree title?

Hi,
I completed my masters through distance learning while working full time. I got the ECA from WES as 4 years Bachelors, instead of Masters equivalency, may be due to it being part time studies.
In EE, Selecting Part time/Full time doesnt affect your CRS. So just go ahead and select Part Time.

Full Time study definition by CIC is attending of 16 hours classes weekly.
As I mentioned earlier, it doesnt make diff. to your CRS score, so just select Part Time in EE profile.

We got our ECA from IQAS.

Her MBA has been translated as ''university diploma graduate with a specialization in management''.

Furthermore, She has been working full-time from 2012 till date with the same organisation
She was a Senior Business Analyst from 2012-2018
Now a Project Analyst from 2018-present.
All her work exp. falls under the point scoring NOC 1122.

We intend to claim points from her 2 bachelor's degree and her work experience.

How should we proceed with this matter?

Your help will be of great help.

just fill the form with what the evaluation was and the system will tell you if it's two or more or not. you don't "claim" two or more.
jsut fill in the application and you'll get your actual score
