Hi all

i what to know if my wife uncle can be our sponsor , her uncle in Canada from 5 year he is Canadian citizen now ,and my family include me , my wife and my baby .
also the application how will filet my wife or her Uncle .

Most likely no.

In order to sponsor you your wife's uncle would need to have no wife/common law partner, no children, and no other family in Canada.
