I see that the following documents are required for the spouse, even when 'unaccompanying' as per my application.
- Medical Exam
- FBI verification
- Police Clearance Certificate
Is it mandatory to submit these documents even if the spouse is not part of the PR application?

My spouse was non accompanying as he is a Canadian citizen. He did none of these and I got my PR w/o them!
That's because he is a Canadian citizen...
I wasn't sure based on the original post why the spouse was considered un accompanying. Just giving an example when that info might not be needed!
