My wife and I have had new passports issued (lost ours in a weird incident) and I am trying to update my EE profile with the new information.
However, I have not been able to find the section where I update the spouse's passport details, and also, I do not see my kid's details in the profile anymore. I remember very clearly entering my family details when I created my profile, but the profile does not show any of that now.
Is something wrong with the EE website?
