I landed in Canada in mid November and at that time dint have an address so decided I will update online later. Now that I am back in India and want to update my Canadian address I'm getting an error that system does not identify me. Tried calling CIC as well but the helpline does not offer any help with PR and call gets disconnected after several IVR messages. Anyone else who had faced a similar challenge? Would be grateful for any help /suggestions. Thanks!
