The problem is that I am unable to obtain the original of my PCC as I can't currently travel back home
and the police department would never give this paper to my liaisons or issue it on English. I have only been issued the scan-copy of it.
Is there any chance of providing some written explanation along with the scan-copy and translation which would state that problem and at least ensure officers that I intend to present them with original document upon submission of the documents to visa office latter when application is processed?
