I'm getting a warning about CIC site having problems.
When I login and click on the continue button, I get a error and cannot go to my account. Is anybody else facing this? How do i resolve this? How can i contact CIC to resolve this, my profile expires in a few days and I want to create a new profile.

Are you still getting this Error 500 when you're trying to login?
I am facing the same problem too. I have sent in an enquiry using this web form in the link I have pasted below (choose "Technical difficulties" as the type of enquiry) . You may want to do so too.
I just created another account and linked my Express Entry application to this new account. I am not using a GCKey account this time. I created an account using a Sign-In Partner. I used my TD Online Banking account. I am able to access my Express Entry profile now.
My concern is my deadline to submit the documents is on 24th of this month . Wonder what if the website doing the same thing. Do the cic give extra time to upload the stuff??
Any professional advice ??

Wait, what? I thought the Account itself is the EE application. How do you link old application to this account. Creating a new account basically means creating a new EE profile right?
