Dear community,

I have difficulties linking my paper PR common-law sponsorship application to my online account. Whenever I fill in all of the requested information online, I encounter a message along the lnes of "Based on the information you provided no application could be found". I`m pretty sure that I`m entering the correct information. Can only certain applications be linked and some not? What am I missing?

I tried calling CIC`s customer "support" hotline around a million times. I`m baffeled as to how difficult they make it to get help in any form. I`d greatly appreciate help on this forum.
