Unable to link my paper application to an online GIC account

Hi Guys,

Can anybody help me in linking my paper application to an online account. The application type is Permanent Residence and the Sub Category is Family class(spouses).
Error Message:
Based on the information entered, we have found no application.
Although i have entered all the information correctly.

Can anybody assist?

What info are you using for the primary applicant? I had to use their passport information instead of name/DOB to get it to link properly. Also do you already have AOR1?

Hey, I was able to link! i was putting 1 as the no of applicants. I read it somewhere that it has to be 2 even if we have entered 1 in the paper application.
