Unable to get IMM 5707e for Open Work Permit Application while PR Spousal/Common Law Sponsorship is processing. What answers needed for questionnaire?

Currently stuck with trying to apply for the OWP while waiting for my partner's PR application to process. I followed this guide for how to apply for the OWP in the GCKey IRCC portal, however I can't seem to make IMM 5707 show up as part of our required documents to submit. We only have IMM 5710 required and IMM 5257 as optional (which does not apply to us).

My question is if anyone is familiar to how to answer the questionnaire properly in order to include IMM 5707 as part of our submission? We tried answering differently a bunch of times but we can't seem to make it show up.

As an alternative, can we grab 5707 manually and submit it under the "Client Information" tab in Optional Requirements?

Hey everyone, I am having the same problem. I've tried to answer the questionnaire GCKey portal in order to apply for an OWP. I shows that I am eligible however the IMM 5707 doesn't show upas one of the required documents. Now does anyone have a solution for that?
