I am unable to download ecertificate after oath ceremony on July 22, 2024. As a family application, we already sent the signed consent oath forms and got the acknowledgement email too. Its 5th day today after oath.
Call IRCC and check if they have your signed oath form. If they do, wait for the officer to work on your file. Additionally you can attach it to a webform, send it from another email id and also ask update on the same email address you sent the form to.
