Unable to collect study permit at the Airport as applied for study permit from inside Canada.

Hi,

Can someone please help where I can collect study permit paper? I applied for my initial study permit from inside Canada as I had Canada's visitor visa. I applied on 5th March 2022 and received passport request on 2nd August 2022 and got it stamped by August mid-week at Ottawa. Any idea now where can I collect my study permit copy? As I'm already inside Canada I can't collect it at the airport, Do we get study permit copy at Service Canada?
People who forget to collect at airport where do you go for collecting study permit?

How did you get your study permit after the stamping i am in the same situation and my classes start from january.
