There is a eight dight number in UCI,
I will advise you to enter your first four digit number and then "-"(use hyphen) and then enter your last 4 digit number,
it may work,

Same here mate! I and I know atleast 5 others who are not able to access Ecas since Last Friday / Saturday. Seems like a system glitch. Hopefully should be allrite soon.
