My application has been 'In Process' since June 10. As of last week, I am suddenly unable to access my status on ECAS. I want to write to CHC ND but am not sure what e-mail id to send it to. Can anyone help out?
It happened with me as well when CHC received my passports. Actually I have my given name in passport as "abc def" and in every form I filled my surname as "def". Earlier I was able to see my status with surname "def" but after the receipt of passport I was not able to do with only surname. I had to use my complete family name.
Thanks I hope if you have similar situation then you can try all possible combination of your name.
Thanks a lot for your input. I have a two word surname as well and I was able to access my status using one of the two. Thanks a ton. Incidentally, my status has changed to 'Decision made'.

you should be getting yours soon...I sent my pp on 26th June and my medicals reached CHC ND on the 7th of July. Couple of weeks more and you should know too. Best of luck!
