Uk visa refused- Not in application form

In out sponsorship application. There is a part that ask have you ever been refused visa to Canada or any country we mentioned yes and then there is a part that says explain.
We mentioned i was refused Canada visitor visa twice but just realised we didn't mention i was refused visitor visa to the UK in 2014.
What can we do to rectify this ?
Is this going to cause any issues ?
Is this misrepresentation ?

Actually no . I needed answer to the fact that I have not included it in our previous applications . That's may become a credibility issue.

None of us here can give you an answer to that. It may. You can advise CIC of the information through the web form, and hope for the best.

Yes - this is misrepresentation and can result in your application being refused. You need to let IRCC know about the refusal even if it hasn't been mentioned before.

Ok i will be sending a webform.
It's was a mistake as I did not directly apply for the visa. So It totally escaped my thoughts. Also I thought they meant only I in Canada and not other countries.
I hope they will understand this.
This application is very crucial to me I hope my silly mistake won't cost me.

Yes - this is misrepresentation and can result in your application being refused. You need to let IRCC know about the refusal even if it hasn't been mentioned before.

They will review what you submitted and let you know, or they won't. You've done the best thing you could do, which is notify CIC of your error.
