UK PCC for express entry from USA

I am applying for express entry with enough CRS score, i lived in UK between 2008 to 2013, is there anyone out there who applied for UK PCC from USA/ other countries and successfully received it? if so could you please share the process link here, thank you and much appreciate your time.
