Hi everyone,

I was allotted a UCI number containing 13 alpha-numeric digits when i applied visitor visa back in 2017. Now, I am again applying for the same but my given UCI number is not being accepted by IRCC portal and it says it should be 8 or 10 digits in numeric numbers. Please note that this UCI field is optional in the application.

Can anyone faced the same issue in the past and advise accordingly, please.
