I had submitted EOI for Quebec, which was expired and I deleted my profile. I am now creating Express Entry profile and it is asking me if you have ever applied to IRCC, if yes what was your UCI number, do I mention the number that was given under EOI for Quebec or just leave it blank. Please guide.
If it was not a UCI - that was found on an IRCC letter or form they sent to you - then do not submit it.
It did not say UCI number when I submitted EOI for Quebec, it said in french "Numéro de dossier de déclaration d'intérêt: G1111111111" Should I put this number under UCI number while submitting Express Entry profile, under the question have you ever applied to IRCC, if yes what is your UCI number?
NO because that is NOT a UCI.
Like I said, if it's a UCI from IRCC then include it. You've said it's not.
