UCI for cancelled PR

Hello,

I was a previous permanent resident of Canada (almost 10 years ago) and I voluntarily cancelled my PR Status a couple of years ago. I am now applying through express entry with my family. They ask if i applied to immigration before, and if I have a Unique Client Identifier (UCI). Will it still be applicable if I had cancelled my PR Status? It's not obligatory to fill out the UCI so should I leave it blank after answering yes to the fact that I applied for immigration before?
