UCI and AoR not received

Last week on October 24th I submitted my claim refugee in portal,but still haven’t received any UCI update and no AoR!! only received application number. I am worried and wondering if they really have my application or there is system glitch. Almost 11 days passed. Would you please someone help me?

Last week on October 24th I submitted my claim refugee in portal,but still haven’t received any UCI update and no AoR!! only received application number. I am worried and wondering if they really have my application or there is system glitch. Almost 11 days passed. Would you please someone help me?

once you got the application number, that means they have received your application.
now, you just have to wait for them to update you.
you can't speed it up, you just have to play the waiting game now.

I thought 2-3 days after we applied they updating a UCI. Thanks
