I'm origin Sri Lanka, but I'm currently working in United Arab Emirates as security officer from 2013. And also i have uae valid driving licence as well. I'm willing to move to Canada. Please give guideline to get visa.
You aren’t eligible for a work visa unless you have a job offer and approved LMIA from the employer. THen you can apply for a closed work permit. If you want to immigrate look at Express Entry - Federal Skilled Worker program on the Immigration Canada website. Get your educations assessed and take language tests.
