I have left UAE in 2009 and currently do not have my former UAE ID or copy of the residence visa, since my passport expired back in 2010 and I no longer have it.

So my question is. How can I obtain police clearence certificate.

I have contacted Dubai Police and some law firms in Dubai and they all say that it is not possible without UAE ID or copy of residence visa.
