UAE Long processing time - can we request changing the Visa office ?

Hi Guys, I’ve applied for WP from UAE last Sep, 2021 - the processing time keep increasing and today it’s showing 62 weeks. Can we change the visa office to our home country if it’s way less in processing time ? Can we withdraw the application OR request that shifting by Webform ? Anyone tried that please share your experience.

A webform may be one way to request. I am unaware of how else to do this.
