HI, i am really confused about applying UAE PCC from India. I was working in UAE for about 9 months from 2015-2016. I am currently working in Chennai, India.
My visa and emirates id is cancelled before coming back from UAE. Now for applying good conduct certificate, i am not getting proper information from anywhere.
When my friend called UAE police -he said they dont give PCC for anybody who stayed less than 5 years!!
When i called an agency(genius attestation) they said finger print is not needed if i have old emirates id number.
When i called UAE consulate in Kerala, they said finger print is needed from Commissioner office, further attested by ministry of home and external affairs and finally by UAE embassy.
when i mailed UAE police, they said i can apply online even with an expired emirates id. ( but when i do, website says "validation exception occurred" .
