Hi.

I was Hired by a recruiter to work at company A.

Company A hired me officially 6 months later, eliminating the recruiters participation.

I've been working at company A for 10 months as an official hire, and 6 months through the recruiter. Totalling 16 months at company A.

I have had two work permits. One with the recruiter and one with company A

For the purpose of the express entry, am I able to present my experience at company A as a total of 16 months or am I limited to the 10 months of work under my most recent work permit?

I would love to qualify for 1 year of experience at company A.

For CEC program, you can present the total of 16 months, 10 from A and 6 from recruiter. There's no requirement that the 1 year has to be with only 1 employer.
