I have received my provincial nomination under "New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream" and I want to apply for a two-week processing work permit for me, open work permit for my wife, and student visa/pass for my son who should go to high school, altogether. I appreciate it if you answer the following questions:
1. What is the best work permit application for me? "Work permit for Provincial nominee certificate holder" or "Work permit with LMIT exemption"? Which one is the right choice or is the quicker one?
2. I want to apply for open work permit for my wife. Among the required documents there is one asking for "Purpose of Travel - Other", that can be a fight ticket etc. according to the information given; however, such this document does not seem applicable for us. What is the best document for me to satisfy this requirement?
3. For my son, is the acceptance letter essential to be submitted knowing that according to IRCC website, he does not need it? How can I fulfill this requirement in our application?

Hi,
My learning shows hat what should be submitted is a set of documents and explanations that your wife will be leaving Canada at the end of the visa course. Family ties, jobs, savings and properties in the country of origin are only some examples of what you can provide.
You may take a look at the following page: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...eligibility-admissibility-considerations.html
