Hey Guys,
Please advice!
this is my current situation:
I submitted 2 passport submission web forms:

• one for my mother (Dependent), the PR-Reference no. is xxxx49
• one for my father (Principal applicant), the PR-Reference no. is xxxx42

The PR-Reference no. xxxx49 is for my mother (Dependent) but the payment link I got under this is PR-Reference no. xxxx49 is for my father (Principal applicant). I am missing the payment link for my mother (Dependent).

I have paid the fee for the link I got for my father.

I called VFS they told me to send an email to passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com. I have sent an email to VFS explaining my situation.


Is anyone in the same situation as me or have encountered this in the past? Please advice!

Thank you for sharing this. Late in the evening today the bluedart shipping status changed to delivered. I have not received any email from vfs yet. Will keep you posted.

@nishanj I received 2 emails from vfs today. The first one had a tracking id and AWB number. The second email said the packet has been sent to IRCC. Any update on your side?

It’s bharat bandh call today and off on Monday too. I hope it will not impact our applications

29 th march is declared as holiday in delhi embassay..bharat band does no effect

Finally, I got the AWB for my farther and also go the payment link for my mother. In 5 minutes of making payment for my mother I got the AWB for my mother.
We need to drop the passports at the blue dart office.

Does anyone know within how many days we need to drop the passports at the blue dart office? It doesn't say anything in the email where we got the AWB.

we went to blue dart office to drop passport with awb number, but they said they cant find awb details in their system. Its been 3 days since we get awb number. Does this happen to anyone?

I had received the AWB no. on thursday evening and did drop off on Saturday morning, and the lady at blue dart ask me why it took so long for you to drop it off‍.
So better not to waste any day unless its public holiday.

Happy for you, after long wait your problem finally sorted out. Passport should be submitted within 72 hours after you got the email.

After passports picked up by blue dart we got email from VFS with tracking id and further AWB, we submitted two passports for principal applicant and dependent respectively but received only one email with only one tracking id and one AWB , is it normal or should I expect another email?

As I got the both AWB today on Saturday. Blue dart office is closed on Sunday and Monday. Does these 72 hours include Sunday and Monday or are these 72 hours without Sunday and Monday?

Logically this 72 hours time should not include holidays
