Two transfers as gift vs gift letter for POF

My father gave me 600 CAD in November for other expenses.
I the future exclusively for POF i am again expecting 12000 CAD from my father to the same bank account.
But for 12000 CAD I plan to show a self-declaration gift letter.

Now when I print 6 months statement I will have 2 credits from my father: one of 600 CAD & another 12000 CAD.

1.So will need to add 600 CAD into the existing 12000 CAD self-declaration gift letter?
or
2.for 600 CAD I will need a separate 2nd self declaration gift letter ?
or
3.regarding 600 CAD, I dont need to do anything as its a small amount of credit ?

You can club it up on the same letter. Both are gifts given to you by your father so makes sense to make one declaration.
