Two sinp application

My one of application SINP OID was under second review but as there was no progress I applied again on June 12, 2017 for SINP OID. As I heard Two application can not be in process at same time. Pl advise me, what to do. Should I withdraw my one application which is under second review on my own OR wait response from SINP and then withdraw one application. In this regard can someone tell me when can I expect mail from SINP and how much time ( days ) I will be given to withdraw one of application .
