Two questions:
1) We will land in April. How can we obtain our PR cards? Do we have to apply for a PR card after landing, or the system automatically issues the PR cards and send it to us at our address?
2) Do we have to pay a fee for PR cards? Do we have to collect from one of the CIC offices?
