Two part time semester in a row (winter and spring semester)

Hey guys, I was wondering about my PGWP eligility here, I am a international student currently undergo a 4 year program, I am about to graduate in december. During my second year(2022 winter), I had a course failure before that semester and I was planning to take it at winter semester, but I was afraid to fail again, so I dropped it, which changed from my status from full-time to part time(4 courses to 3). However, I was doing distance learning and never been into canada until the third year, where the pandemic in my country was severe and I have to do covid test every day while bearing the jet lag. I was wondering what should I focus on writing in the LOE, thank you.
