So I have completed my BCOM ( 3yrs ) in Chennai - which is equivalent to 4 yrs of Canadian Degree.
I see ppl telling 12th standard ( Indian CBSE) results - which senior secondary results is considered as Secondary School Diploma and Diploma 2 Years
Can I apply for Express entry with "Two or more post secondary credential with at least one being 3+ years" ?

Please advise me . Im going to take my next step based on this.
