I have completed my 4 year bachelor degree in University of Alberta, and a certificate in video game development that I completed during my study at the university. I received both the degree and certificate upon graduation. I wonder if the certificate would count as "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be a program of three or more years" since I completed the certificate along with my degree.
Quote my advisor at the university: "Yes, it is an official certificate offered by the University... ...The certificate itself would not have years associated with it as you complete the courses as part of your degree. "
