There is a lot of confusion regarding selection of "two or more certificates..." in the education form as WES report does not clearly mention it.
My ECA report reads like this:
CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Postgraduate diploma (one year)
1. Credential: Bachelor of Arts
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years)
2. Credential: Master of Arts
Canadian Equivalency: Postgraduate diploma (one year)
As I clearly have more than one certificates, with one being atleast three years, I should be getting points for "Two or more...."
I just created my profile.
For B.A., I selected "bachelor's degree..." under "Level of Education" and "bachelor's degree..." again under "Level of Education (Canadian Equivalent)..."
For M.A., I selected "two or more certificates..." under "Level of Education and "one year program..." under "Level of Education (Canadian Equivalent)..."
On submitting my profile, I got only 120 points for education.
I have an incomplete Masters in Business Admin with 1 yr left (2 subjects).
Will it qualify for the 2nd certificate/degree/diploma? I have a 4yr Bachelors degree.
I also saw this from the CIC:
Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees.
Important notice: One must be for a program of three or more years.
ECA assessment results:
A three-year or more certificate, diploma, or degree
PLUS any of the results in the sections below (not including secondary/high school), or:

I am in first step of my application. I am applying with my life partner for canada PR. I am having two degrees. Bachlor and master from different university. Is it required to send both bachlor and master certificates for assessment through wes?. If so is it required to pay fees two times?...same way is it required to send bachlor certificates of my life parter to wes for assessment? And is it required to pay fees seperately for my life partner's educational assessment?
My wife has a bachelor degree from russian university and master degree from canadian university.
Must we evaluate russian degree in case we do not need any additional points?
Or just submit a canadian degree without evaluation?

I have asked this question previously but still confused. I have 4 years Engineering degree from India and have WES for it. I have also completed PG diploma from canada which is 2 years. So when I created my EE profile under level of education, Once when I enter my Engineering degree do I have to choose 2 or more option for this? because after entering this degree I also added my PG diploma where I have selected Two-year program......
Any input from you guys can be very helpful !
Thanks
